Property Management Associate – Responsibilities
- Review plans and exhibits for utility conflicts and process utility notification requests.
- Coordinate power establishment requests with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and manage utility notifications and relocation schedules, ensuring timely communication.
- Produce and distribute correspondence, including letters, memos, and requests for invoices.
- Maintain and manage internal and external contact lists.
- Schedule and attend meetings with team members, utility representatives, and consultants.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations.
Property Management Associate – Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of experience in Utility Coordination or related fields.
- High level of confidentiality, judgment, and dependability.
- Flexibility to manage shifting priorities effectively.
